Stage 1: Understanding Where You Are

Couple beginning divorce preparation by gathering information and understanding the Florida divorce process

We start with where things stand today—what you've already agreed on, what still needs to be decided, and what it will take to move forward.

Stage 2: Work Through the Decisions

Couple reviewing financial information and working through divorce decisions together

Together, we'll work through the financial and parenting decisions needed for your divorce, including property, debts, support, timesharing and other issues that apply to your family.

Stage 3: Turn Decisions Into an Agreement

Once you've reached agreement, you'll review the Marital Settlement Agreement and Parenting Plan, when needed, and make final changes before signing.

Stage 4: Prepare for Filing

Couple working together on divorce agreements and preparing to move forward

By the end of Divorce Prep™, you'll have worked through the major decisions and gathered much of the information needed for your divorce. From there, you can complete the remaining court forms on your own, or I can assist you with organizing the information and completing the remaining forms and filing packet.
